STX Garage Pricing
What you pay is simple. It’s determined by how many pieces of equipment you register, and how many people use the account. The base price includes up to five users.
Every Account Has the Full Product
There are no complex feature tiers and nothing to unlock. Whether you register three pieces of equipment or 300, you get:
- A QR code on every machine — scan it to pull up that machine’s complete history
- Service and repair logging, with hours and notes
- Maintenance schedules and reminders, so nothing gets serviced late
- Problem reporting from the field, the moment something looks wrong
- Records that stay with the machine — and raise its value when you sell
That’s the whole product. Your bill comes down to your equipment count and any users past the five included with every account.
Pricing Breakdown
Monthly equipment fees – The more machines you register, the cheaper it is per unit!

Your rate applies to every machine you register. When you cross into a new category, the lower rate applies to your whole fleet. For example, register machine 21, and all 21 machines are billed at $4 each. STX Garage has a six month minimum term.
One-time setup fee:
$10 for each machine
When you register a machine there is a setup fee of $10 for each one, which includes the QR code for that specific unit. Register it once and keep scanning it again and again.
Users:
Five are included with your account
Every plan includes up to five users. If you need more, additional users are $10/month each. The monthly fee covers everyone who scans, logs, and checks equipment: owners, operators, mechanics, and office staff.
What Does It Look Like for Your Operation?
Most small contractors run one to three machines. That’s $5 to $15 a month with your five included users, less than one hour of shop labor. A mid-size contractor running 20 machines pays $100 a month, including five users. If you avoid one breakdown, STX Garage is covered for years.
Dealers Can Use STX Garage for Their Customers
Dealer plans are $400/month plus $2 per unit per month. Then, you will have the ability to:
- Track everything for your customers’ equipment.
- See what their machines need, so you can complete service faster.
- Quickly pull up maintenance history, to make jobs easier for your technicians.

Pricing Questions
What happens if I add or remove equipment?
Your monthly price adjusts with your machine count. Register a new machine and it’s added to your plan; retire one and the change takes effect on your next billing cycle.
Who counts as a user?
Anyone who downloads the STX Garage app. If someone on your crew scans, logs, or checks equipment, they’re a user. Your account includes five; each additional user is $10/month.
Is there a setup fee?
Yes — a one-time $10 per machine, which includes that machine’s QR code. You pay it once per machine, ever.
Can I cancel anytime?
There is a 6 month minimum contract.
What happens to my records if I cancel?
Download them before you cancel. Every maintenance record you’ve logged can be exported, so your equipment history stays with you.
Do I need any special equipment?
No. All you need is a mobile device to download the app and scan the QR codes.
